    Your charges were showing 6.5 km per hour. I travelled 19 km and amount deducted is 373 rs. 15 rs deducted for waiting. 373-15 = 358. Now 358÷19= 18 rs per kilometer. Not even nearby. Further there is no option in the app to complain other than questions specified by you. I have contacted u many times on app as well as on mail but I am surprised why your team is not replying. I have asked just the detailed summery of my journey to know about the merits of the case. This is unprofessional behaviour. Full Review

    Service quality is deteriorating by the day. Earlier it was much cheaper on uber go and cabs used to arrive faster. Now the fare rates are always showing a high number stating that there is a huge demand and arrival time has also increased drastically. Re: Seems like uber has kept up its promise afterall. Now there are more cabs available and the fares are much more reasonable. Full Review

    First, I had to pay ₹638 for a cash trip which should have been for ₹214. After that when I complain and get my money back as credit, the driver starts the ride without me. His phone is switch off and the total charge for ride is ₹280 which I didn't take. You should learn something from Ola and introduce OTP for rides so that drivers don't do this. Uber sucks.     Horrible App left me stranded/late. I used Uber yesterday just fine, but today when i tried to use it I kept getting an error when i tried to request an ride. Also, half the time the fare amount didnt even show up on the screen. After 10+ failed attempts, i just deleting this app, too many glitches/bugs 👎 Full Review

    Uber was great when it's started in India. Clean cars , professional drivers and great response to any query. The cars have gone from Bad to Worse (inspite of always booking Uber X or XL ) . Drivers are rude and unprofessional and drivers constantly cheat customers on tolls by collecting the same from customers . Coming to response you have bots are saved responces when you complain. Don't know how long they will last with this kind of an attitude. Full Review

    I always have issues signing in, so I end up having to take Lyft. Lyft's app does the same thing and I am left rideless. Fix the app and get more service. Old people would have even more issues using your app. Your missing out on riders Uber! Full Review

    The app itself is just fine. My ride to work is always about $2 more expensive than my ride from work, even when not surging. A driver told me that tuber requests they stay offline to encourage/force surge pricing? This morning, for example, ride to work (approx 7 miles) was $30 when confirming @4am (typically $15-$17).     The drivers cant even properly reach the pick up point.. worst app.. due to the drivers inefficiency i had to pay outstanding 60 rupees amout many times.. worst experience worst app today my uber showed 47 ruppes outstanding for the ride that i never took and not even booked.. then also when i tried to make the option to pay it to the next driver my ride wasnt gettin confrmed.. i tried for atleast 30 to 35 mins and restarted the app almost 20 times to get my ride confirmed but it didnt happen.. day by day ive started hating this app and its not at all workin for its customers satisfaction..     Everytime there will be surge even though we can see lot of cabs around. Such a low tactics being used by Uber based on time. You guys are applying AI to charge surge based on time.     I loved your services. The prices are pretty reasonable and the drivers are all professionals as well as well trained. The only drawback is that the app takes too much of a time to load and it takes about 15-20 minutes to book a ride. Sometimes, it's just so irritating that I ended up taking an Ola instead.     For someone who uses this app constantly. When it comes to getting back and worth from work prices can get pretty ridiculous. As if they memorize the times I go to work and spike the price.     I was using for more than an year. Then it stopped showing cabs for no good reason. No payment issues, nothing. Uber is not able to solve and the inapp support is fake.     Choose UPI as payment option, but Uber UPI payment failed. Had an outstanding payment of 46.39 Rs now had to pay this amount to make another ride, but as UPI was not working, Uber asks to pay 46.39+350 to paytm account just to pay my outstanding amount why Uber? Why it is not allowed to pay only outstanding amount? And do hell with your UPI payments.. It never works in Uber app. It works seamlessly for making other payments, your UPI from Axis bank is totally useless. Hate you Uber. Switching to Ola forever. Thanks. Full Review

    Don't bother... Won't allow me to create an account as my 'email address is already active'. Won't provide means to verify the email account. App says 'Send GO to 827 222' but the message is blocked. No way to speak to uber representative to resolve issues. Completely useless. Full Review

    Not able to edit expired card details using android and not sure of ios. Need to add a new card or pay only cash. Sad part is we cannot raise this issue as this is not part of the standard complaint listed to pick and choose from the app. You cannot find a mail ID to raise a new complaint and should use only app. Full Review

    I tried to schedule a pick-up for the first time on this app and it said to scan the credit card which I tried and didn't work. Then I tried to do a pickup immediately and it worked. (By the way, I need the scheduling not the immediate pick-up.) It really annoys me. Full Review

    The first time using this app, the taxi got lost on the way to meet us, rang me and asked me to change my pick up point because he couldn't find it, but I was using GPS so I couldn't, I was at a golf club.     I nearly made 300+ rides with uber bcoz i love uber, recently surge is not showing to me whether to confirm or not. (but it shows on drivers app) and i don't mind paying surge. But please don't allow the Tata indica's in uberGO. Now when ever i book i get 8 out of 10 by tata indica's car only. Its better to book Auto's rather than going in tata indica's.     This app is giving me the blues. I keep trying to do the same steps I've already done and got past then they request it again...smh. I think the fact that I can't reach a tech support is ridiculous. I see no contact number or email. I know the service isn't bad once you order or request a ride, but the setup for a profile is horrible. I'm trying to work with it but it's looking like Lyft here I come. Full Review

    I use Uber nearly every day to commute. And though I am yet to find an unprofessional driver, I feel cheated. 1. No customer care. Not all problems can be solved by the multiple choice questions. It is personalized at times. 2. Why am I being charged extra if the driver takes another route? Granted that Google Maps shows the shortest route, it doesn't however shows if the road has been blocked. Why should I be over charged for such issues?? If my driver takes a different road coz his car is low on fuel, what justifies the overcharge? Yet again, no one to hear you out, for conveniently, you don't have a customer care system! Frustrating!     For some reason, I have been having a number of issues with the app. For instance, time and time again, it will show that I am still on a trip, long after my trip is over, often resulting in me being unable to rate my driver until much later. It also no longer notifies me when my driver is arriving, and will rather show that they are much further away than they really are. I have brought this to their attention, especially the issue with me still being on a trip. So I'm hoping that this latest update addresses these glitches. Full Review

    Please add a text tab in OTHER category of rating the driver. How on earth would I speak about the cleanliness and bidi smell in car. Allow people to write their mind rather than giving them spoon feeds that don't exactly match to what they want to give you as a feedback. Your app is so long to navigate and time consuming and for a simple reason because you want everything to be readymade tab based. Full Review

    App takes random actions. The screen kept jumping over as if I pressed something. But I didn't. Furthermore, didn't respond to my actions. The driver who was supposed to be 4 min away, came 15 min later. Adding the driver delay and the app responsivity issues. The ride was ready to depart 20 min later than the initial prediction. I tried to cancel the trip but Uber charges $5. So I took the chance to see if I could make it on time. I wasted $60. Full Review

    Really unprofessional drivers. Not willing to cancel the ride, not willing to oblige the customer. Rude, and when you tell them that you will have to lodge a complaint for their behaviour, they laugh it off and I quote, "Yes ma'am pls lodge a complaint, I don't mind." The app also doesn't allow us to give feedback on why we had to cancel our ride, which allows the drivers to go scot free. Also I have had to cancel the ride from my end, which means I have to book another cab and the Uber app takes an additional amount for canceling a ride. So I lose time and money here because the driver knows no action will be taken against him and he can do as he pleases. Something needs to be done. Because this is not the first time it has happened and if it's happening with me, I'm pretty sure it's happening with other customers as well. Full Review

    I love the new update from Uber wherein you can input the detail of someone who would actually be using the car instead of you. This is ideal for our group. Some of my friends would ask us a favor to book a ride for them eventhough their pickup point is far from us.
