ALBUM ART THUMBNAILS DON'T LOAD FOR PLAY LISTS. PLEASE FIX! If we have to deal with dots and menus on Android then include options to add the current song playing or the associated album to a play list. Currently have to go to album then add to play list. 🎶 What have you changed with your update? You are not Facebook or Google. Be proud of what you did and let your customers know. *Album are does not show in a play list until I open the play list itself then go back to the list. Speaking of lists inside a folder. 📂 Sort play list song order and create folders like the desktop version. A request that has bee going on for years! Also, shuffle songs in a folder 📂 Song max of 3,000 saved songs is lame! I do tend to discover more new music, and the curated play lists and new my mixes are cool. I can organize my music via the desktop so I can find what I want fast. That's good but again should be able organize from mobile. Need to be able to filter EXPLICIT songs out. Make it a user setting. Some gripes and likes... Such is life. 😄😯😬😆😢😴 Full Review

Generally a good app. My only dislike of recent changes is the removal of direct Spotify messaging. When on a phone you can easily send songs to friends via WhatsApp etc, however on the desktop version you can only seem to send songs via Facebook, Twitter or some other social site that I do not use. The sending of songs to direct Spotify users through the Spotify program itself was a great way for my friends and I to share music we are listening to at that moment in time. Really hope that it gets re-added in future updates! Full Review

I've been using Premium for 4 months already and it's been awesome! The only thing I'd like is that the app could be moved to the SD card instead of using my phone storage. It's prevented me from downloading other apps I want, but because I pay for it I haven't uninstalled it. If you could find a way to do that, I'm sure many users would be just as happy. Full Review

I've been a premium member for little over a year now, for some reason my Spotify app won't load a single song. No matter how many times I restart the app or my phone it won't load anything (using my services/WiFi). This has been going on for two months. I figured it was a bug that needed patching, and because of thier usual good service it would be fixed. It hasn't. I'm not going to pay you three months in a row with no music streaming. Your service has fallen. I would not recommend paying for premium. Full Review

Good stuff. Great features. If your not sure if you want to become a premium member, try to take advantage of any of their promotions. If they don't have one; email them to see if they can hook you up with a free or discounted trial run. I paid a buck for a trail run of their premium membership, and I loved it. Pretty sure I would like to be a premium member once my trial run expires, if you love you some music, think you would too. Cheers, happy tuning! Thanks Spotify... Awesome app. Great customer service also. Full Review

I have a premium account and would like to have the ability to choose multiple artists/albums/playlists to download at the same time! Something with checkboxes would help. Oh, and the 3-dot could be made easier clickable, I always click on the song instead of the dots! The iOS ability to slide a song for Up Next would also be awesome! Also: only 3333 songs to download? What a bummer :( ALSO: Only 10k songs to save? That's far from enough for me... Already full after a year... Don't make me switch to Deezer please... Full Review

Don't waste your time with free Spotify. Premium is the way to go, when it comes to this app. It's only $10-$15 a month, depending on your plan, so it's totally worth the investment. Spotify works perfectly on my phone. (Galaxy s5) I used to have an old Iphone 4s, and it worked perfectly on that too. If you're worried about it using to much data, there's an offline mode in your settings. The app auto sets itself to not use your data to download music, too. If you have good Internet, it shouldn't take to long to download the music you want. If you're a music lover, this is the best app you'll download. Full Review

Play Music costs the same, has the same artist as far as I can find (both are missing some of the same groups I wish they had), but the Play Music app is a bit more coherent. You want to reorder a playlist on Spotify? Gotta download a desktop or iOS client. Play Music will let me reorder a playlist on Android or the web client (haven't tried the iOS client). It's not like users haven't been requesting these features for years... Full Review

I love Spotify, but I'm considering not using it anymore purely because there are times when I can do nothing on the app because of the ads. I'll want to go to an artists' page while on a radio station, and it'll let me hit the button to go to the page, but only an ad will show up. If I hit dismiss, it takes me back to the radio. Same with trying to search something and I'm sure with many other things. I shouldn't have to pay just to be able to use a free app. Full Review

I started out listening to online music with Pandora, then even the subscription service stop playung for me when I was at work... So I switched to Groove Music because someone recommended it to me. That hardly worked at all, even when I was home and coonected to great wifi. So finally I tried Spotify. It worked great at work and home. I've had it ever since and I really can't recommend this music app enough. Lots of music and options to get a variety or just play your favorites. Full Review

Spotify is by far the best music app out there. It has a huge amount of great features, and it's incredibly user friendly. I've been using it for almost 3 years without premium, and just recently decided to give premium a shot. Man was I missing out, if any of you are wondering if it's worth it to pay, it absolutely is, 110% the ability to download a playlist and play it anywhere without using data? Amazeballs! It's an amazing app, I'd definitely recommend it to anyone. Full Review

I really like Spotify. It has almost all of the songs I am looking for, with only a few exceptions. The only two issues are storage space - it takes up 4 GBs of space! - and maybe make it compatible with the device so you can use the music as a ringtone or alarm etc. ❤ Full Review

LOVE Spotify Premium, but PLEASE, PLEASE fix the bug that deletes all the downloaded songs on my phone when the app updates. It really stinks to open the app in airplane mode on an 8-hour flight to find that all the playlists you had created and already downloaded are gone. The main reason I pay for Premium is so I can have music downloaded to my devices. Next time it happens I'll likely reconsider my subscription. Other than that, love the app! Full Review

Good selection, being able to seamlessly switch between devices and being able to control what's playing from any device is pretty neat! Saving offline works well too. I love this app. I'm on it all the time. My only complaint would be is that when you listen to one song, especially when it is sent to you by another user, you get songs like that when they create your new release and your discover list. The premium is well worth it, especially for college students cuz then you get the 50% discount for up to 4 years. Premium's almost necessary if you're into making playlists and discovering new music. I chew through songs like you wouldn't believe. If I had to listen to ads every few songs it would really slow me down when in trying to discover new artists to add to my collection. I love the offline feature, I definitely have relied on it more than I thought I would. It's very useful. Still, the free version is way better than YouTube for music. Please stop using YouTube for music and come to Spotify. Check out my playlists! @Scythedelic Full Review

Spotify went from my favorite music app to me being so happy I uninstalled it two minutes ago. It is just not as good of a app as it used to be. I used to LOVE this app and would use it nearly 24 hours a day. However, with these updates it has lowered the ability for the user to skip songs and select a certain song to play from the playlist that was manually made by the user. It has even gone as far as not allowing the user to disable the shuffle mode on the playlists. I have never been so disappointed with spotify. Full Review

I rarely rate apps and/or services, but this one is gold. The suggested music is well chosen, even more my eclectic tastes, and the player is smooth and easily controlled. The music quality is excellent, even on the lowest setting, without any stuttering on low bandwidth connections. I find the saved music interface and how the radios work somewhat clunky, and the app is not highly customisable. Further, the music selection in radios is slightly less intelligent than what I am used to from the Music Genome Project (Pandora). However, all round, this is the best streaming application I have used, and I strongly recommend it for lovers of new music. Full Review

Great, love it and use it all the time. Make yourself a favor and get the premium, for unlimited listening, no ads and offline playlists. I'm just confused about the lyrics. Love that they started implementing it on mobile, really. However the lyrics are sometimes interrupted with "behind the lyrics", meaning facts about the song... Absolutely stupid as they won't display the lyrics while the song is playing if they show you the facts. Nothing you can do to display one or the other... For that, -2 stars Full Review

I have restarted my phone and restarted the app each time it happens but it doesn't fix anything. I've tried contacting customer service (which there are no actual people you can call and talk to), but have still received no real help.
