    Video playback issue on Galaxy S6, still not resolved! 😠 Error code 5.2 still keeps showing up. At this point its been more than a week and you haven't fix this issue, so to that i say everybody who has been affected by this bug, you should give them a month without charge for this problem you refuse to fix!!!     There's this movie called 'The Incredible Jessica James', and I believe it shouldn't have been made into a movie but instead a Netflix original SHOW. My best friend and I want to know more about Jessica James life, her past relationship, her future one with Boone and her career in London. There's just so much more that has to be told about her life. Jessica Williams was in.cre.di.ble! She's gorgeous, funny and relatable!. She really brought the character to life. I WANT IT TO BE A FREAKING SHOW NOT A MOVIE, is too good to be just that. I HOPE YOU UNDERSTAND MY STRUGGLE AND HELP A SISTER OUT INTO MAKING THIS A REALITY FOR ME AND MY BEST FRIEND. Thank you.     It's really great. I'm using it on my Asus ZenFone2, and I can watch series without any problems.. BUT if I want to watch a movie, the screen turns black every minute.. the sound is still there and I can tap on everything, but there are no pictures.. I have to skip a few minutes, turn it back to the place It stopped and with a bit luck it works again.. sometimes I have to to this 5x in a row just to watch the next minute to repeat it again Full Review

    Thank you for being there and allowing my children and myself to be able to atleast watch something we like we can't afford these big monopoly giants pricing table and for what trash. I like my 30 year old antenna it works awesome you Netflix thumbs up I can afford a road trip with my sons and that's makes a beautiful home movie to share. Now just got to figure a way out this monopoly of cell phones I had for 21 years that cost me half my light bill. Good day. Full Review

    Until last update on August 2nd it worked fine. Now immediately closes itself on all attempts. Wifi or 4GLTE. I spent about a hour and a half with tech support trying to debug it on 8/3. Guy's were great, but we couldn't get it to work at all. I am using the Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 8.0, S8+, and Galaxy Tab S3. Full Review

    One of the modern day essentials. Ubiquitous. I would really like to be able to click anywhere on the the screen to pause the Video. Also to have "Continue watching" as a perminant sub section as currently the front page changes all the time and sometimes it is not there depending on what it is shown. Date stamps would add to remembering what has been watched when, I tend to hop allot depending on what I fancy given the mood. Thank you for a great product. Full Review

    Works on my OnePlus Two in SD(as it is passes CTS and is L3, which is lucky as some phones will never pass and they are SOL). Works on my Nexus7 2013 in HD as it should as it is on the whitelist. Dropping uncertified devices is an ILL informed move as Widevine is handled at the hardware level. No amount of software mods will change that. Full Review

    No issues while using it, but the iOS app is far superior to this. Just as an example, if you select an actor it would show everything in which that actor is not just titles related to that actor. Also, if I want to select Winoa Ryder in Stranger Things, it won't let me select it in the starring list and I have to go to the search menu and type her name. Full Review

    I think content vise this is the best app...but I think it is overpriced in India... Amazon prime in charging only 500 per year which includes other services too..I know it doesn't have the content but 500 per month for one Device is overpriced... I'm using 650 plan by the way... Netflix can get more subscribers if it can keep the pricing between 150- 400 per month... I've no complaints about the app..it is the best...but please rethink on the price and allow the middle class like me can enjoy this awesome experience...I cannot afford 500 every month on this app itself..we also need to pay the internet charges Full Review

    It's really cool and I've been using it for awhile but they took off some movies/shows that they need to either put back on Netflix or just add it because they're good. Like toddlers in tiaras, I used to love watching that show on Netflix but then they had to take it off... I mean, how RUDE! But besides that it's awesome.👍 Full Review

    i really love netflix and practically use it everyday. The only problem is, is that some series are not updated. Like iZombie, it has season 2 already and yet still no update in your end. Also, we're stuck watching old movies like come one, give us something new when it comes to movies. Full Review

    Netflix is okay in the app, as it allows running on continuous streaming with consistent data use depending on what you CAN use. But one big issue is the buggy subs. The fact that my preferred subtitle format cannot be changed is a big no-no. There are no ways to change the formatting at all in the app. Full Review

    Casting to a Samsung TV produces a myriad of problems including: CC failure to display, completely frozen UI on the phone and TV and failure for the UI to fade during movie playback, movie restarting from beginning from menu instead of resuming, buffering percentage displaying over and already playing movie, and more... would not recommend for anything other that phone watching.     Love Netflix so much!! But... On my laptop I'm trying to play something and I keep getting a notice that says something like this title can not be played or something and I've restarted my laptop, shut it down, logged out of Netflix and turned my WiFi off. So it tells me to go and play a different title so I do and the same thing happens. I also tried to play a different episode and still no luck. Please help! Full Review

    Basically, I love this app. My main problem is that a few years ago an update removed the icon from my Android tablet. Ever since then, I have had to go through the Play Store to open Netflix. I went out to see what had happened and found a lot of people with the same problem. You would think after all this time that the developers would have fixed that issue. Full Review

    I installed the app yesterday, I have not yet been able to open the app, it closes before it even opens. I uninstalled and installed again but did not work. I know o ce it works it will be great. But right now I can not open the app. Edit: Found out I can access the app using 4g data, but not connected to the internet. I hope this gets fixed soon. Full Review

    I feel a 1-10 system would work better for rating. Like or dislike is too vague. For example; I watched one of your shows and didn't think it was half bad, but because I couldn't give it 2.5,3,5,or 6 I disliked it. I'm sure most will do the same.     Video freezes but audio continues. Sometimes it fixes on its own and catches up, other times it stays frozen for 30 seconds or more and I have to correct it myself. Annoying, but not the end of the world. Happens a lot while watching TV shows vs movies. Full Review

    Very good app I get all my series and movies and they are not in the wrong order they have all the episodes for each season and it's all good. Three problems 1st is that I keep getting error 5.2 and I want more episodes and movies to be able to download and I want my seasons to come out soon after they are made. Thank you for reading.
